My name is Cisco García, your new fitness coach, mentor and guide sent by God! Just two years ago, I found myself and what is likely to be a similar situation to the one you are in. I was 280 pounds, battling depression, anxiety, addiction, my bad habits and feeling stud and very unconfident with my body and living situation. I found myself living the same days and week over and over again. I worked a job which I knew was hindering me from achieving my full potential and constantly found myself getting through the week to just make it to the weekend. With the help of God, 2 years later I found myself living a life beyond my wildest dreams, I found the gym and fitness! Thanks to these, I’ve found not only myself but, my purpose, true love, the ability to help others, created a community and helped 100s of others who were walking the same season I recently found myself in. I changed my life in 600 days and want to help you do the same. Give me 4months of commitment and I won’t let you down. Let’s change your life the way I changed mine.

After getting in shape I found myself in most people’s situation, walking into the gym not knowing what else to do, being in there for 2 hours constantly on my phone, repeating workouts, without structure and a plan that was going to help me achieve my next goal, I’ve put together a program to fast track my results and set you up for success with the help I wish I had when I got started.
